HEAD COACH
Milos Tanasic is the performance and physique coach leading the program. The entire team is well-versed in functional, body weight and resistance training, group classes such as CrossFit, HIIT and body flow, nutritional and dietary guidelines and corrective exercise.
We have worked with athletes, men and women of all age groups and fitness levels. Every client is an individual and we we treat you as such. We build an effective system both inside and outside the gym to help you achieve your goals.
