Personal or group training that is tailored just for you
If you are looking to receive a bespoke training program and put more work into your sessions, you can work with our coaches one-on-one. We can visit you at your home or from our women's gym in Al Quoz, or at a satellite location in Garhoud. 
All personal training packages come with nutritional guidelines. This is to ensure compliance to the GetFitChick programme and therefore your success. We recommend training three times a week, and to commit to at least 15 sessions in order to see results.
As all coaches have differing rates dependent on demand and experience,
